Relieve Pain & Anxiety with Massage
Studies prove the efficacy of massage therapy on anxiety and pain.

Massage therapy, as a form of musculoskeletal manipulation, has been shown to significantly reduce pain and anxiety levels in sufferers. A particular study highlighted the benefits of massage therapy for burn victims, indicating that health administrators and policymakers should consider it as a simple, cost-effective, and efficient non-pharmacological treatment to relieve pain and anxiety in burn patients (Miri et al, 2023).
If such treatment can profoundly affect patients enduring the severe pain of burns, it stands to reason that those suffering from anxiety, depression, and the accompanying body pain would also benefit from massage therapy. Regrettably, these conditions do not discriminate in choosing their victims; anyone may suffer. Therefore, massage therapy, being universally applicable, could have extensive benefits for all.
